RETURN & EXCHANGE
This return and exchange policy is part of our terms and conditions. At TELLAVISION, we believe in a grounded approach where care and honesty come into play. We want you to be completely satisfied with the pieces you choose to bring into your world.
Requests for returns, exchanges, or repairs must be initiated within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your package.
To initiate a request, please email us at info@tellavisionstore.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and the subject RETURN & EXCHANGE.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
We only allow returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or flawed due to manufacturing mistakes from our end.
To process your request, we require video evidence or clear images showing the damage or defects. Please ensure this is captured as soon as you receive and inspect your package.
Any damages made by customers through wear, improper care, or accidents are outside of our control and are not eligible for return, exchange, or repair.
All returned products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be for the exact same item. If the exact same item is out of stock or unavailable, an exchange for another item of equal or less value will be allowed, or a store credit may be issued.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
If the return or repair is due to a manufacturing mistake on our end, TELLAVISION will cover the shipping costs for the return.
TELLAVISION is not responsible for any lost packages during the return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your piece reaches us safely.
