We are based between Jakarta and Amsterdam. Our pieces are designed and carefully made in Indonesia by hands we know personally.
Processing times vary depending on the destination:

To maintain our flow, shipping addresses can generally only be updated within 24 hours of placement. However, we are happy to assist as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately via info@tellavisionstore.com or +62 822 1122 3272 for any adjustments.
We accept requests for returns or repairs within 2 weeks of receiving your package. We only allow these for damages or defects originating from our end, and we require video evidence or images to process the request. Products
Our pieces are souvenirs of your dreams and are designed to be lived in. To preserve their quality, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the inner label of each garment. Generally, we suggest gentle hand washing or cold machine cycles and air drying away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the fabrics and dyes.
Every piece is carefully made in Indonesia. We work side-by-side with our makers, sharing conversations and trust. This personal connection ensures that every item is crafted with care by hands we know and respect.

Yes, most products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Check individual product pages for specific warranty information.
TELLAVISION follows moments and eras rather than traditional seasons. While some signature pieces may reappear in new iterations, many of our items are produced in limited runs to honor the specific "chapter" they belong to. We recommend following our journey on Instagram to be the first to know about restocks or new arrivals.
Currently, we operate on a "drop" basis. However, for certain special pieces or upcoming chapters, we may offer a waitlist or early interest sign-up. Keep an eye on our social channels for "Save-the-Date" announcements and early access opportunities.
We strive to capture our world as honestly as possible. However, as our pieces exist in the space between fantasy and reality, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings or the lighting in which they were photographed (such as during our campaign shoots). We believe these slight variations add to the unique story of each piece.
